What do I need to get started with BundleM8?

You’ll need a ServiceM8 account, and depending on the product, access to your supplier account (like Reece Max or L&H). Some add-ons also require admin access to your ServiceM8 account.

Do I need to be tech-savvy to set this up?

Not at all. You can choose between our full setup service (we do it all for you) or a guided setup with one of our team members via screen share.

How do I install an add-on?

Once you’ve made a purchase, we’ll provide access and guide you through activation — either via direct login or through an instructional guide. Some products may also include a short walkthrough session.

Can I customise the bundles or forms I get?

Yes! All bundles, forms, and systems are editable. If you need something tailored, we also offer custom add-on creation services.

What happens if supplier pricing changes?

Our tools are built to keep things up-to-date. For example, the Bundle Download & Backup Add-On helps you identify item changes or disconnections — and our price books sync with your supplier data (Reece Max or L&H).

How do I access the resources or forms included in my purchase?

You’ll be given access to a Google Drive folder containing all instructional resources, forms, and relevant materials. Need access again? Just contact us.

What if I want to stop a subscription?

No lock-ins. You can cancel any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
